The first step of reporting a signature. On 200, PUT the signed PDF to `uploadUrl` within 5 minutes, then report `signed` with its `objectKey`. A new request replaces the previous address. A 204 means the attempt is not out for signature, for example because it already ended, so there is nothing to upload.
