Returns the queued signing attempts, oldest first, at the business contexts where your integration is configured. Poll it on a schedule and send each contract to your signing provider. An item stays queued until you report `started`, `failed` or `withdrawn`, so deduplicate on `attemptId`. Download the PDF promptly, since `documentAddress` expires after 15 minutes.
