Report that a payment you reported earlier was taken back, such as a bounced transfer. The balance reopens, and a settled invoice returns to `sent`. Reversing the same payment twice changes nothing. A 404 means the invoice carries no payment with that id.

`POST /v1/billing/invoices/{invoiceId}/report-payment-reversed`
